| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - so i???ll agree with you that costs are an issue, and probably some (but not all) could be cut, and that some workers involved have a gravy train (but not the ones doing The Work). but i don???t see how privatization will lower costs to the public any more than it has in the prison system.
