| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have gotten through most of Goljan (~ 17 ch) and think that the reason it is so much more is because there is a lot of things that are not really pure pathology in there (ie pharm, physio, clinical stuff such as murmurs and lung auscultation signs).
