| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Posted 8/13/13 I honestly feel that people in the U.S. (I say US because that is where I am seeing it for myself) have kids after kids even though it is to abuse tax returns or other benefits, they have no jobs, are into drugs or alcohol, and just are not good parents at all.
