| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (b) Sixty percent (60%) of the total actual cost of converting the existing overhead primary electrical distribution system to underground shall be provided by the LAKEVIEW LIGHT AND POWER. The total actual cost shall include labor, trenching, vaults, conduit, cable, switch gears, transformers, restoration and any other expenses mutually agreed upon.
