| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - And yes, people will sometimes still be forced to take jobs where they aren???t supported and don???t have the resources to do all of the work that???s expected of them (which is a disservice to both the collections under their care and, more importantly, the researchers they serve), but at least, hopefully, they won???t think that this is the way it has to be.
