| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - As a lawyer (although I am not an expert in this area, most of us do study at least a little bit of employment/labor law, or law related to this area), I do know that a cause of action can be sustained against an employer in these cases, including a government employer (albeit it is a challenge, but of course suing is always a challenge :)).
