| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Of course, it is not a race thign, it is a class thing, as the swimming education (i.e. knowing how to swim, rather than being physically able to swim) of poor whites tends to be very low (if you pay attention to drowning deaths, you will frequently see fishermen and other people whose lives are fairly closely tied to the water not knowing how to swim, which is shocking to us middle/upper middle class
