  • I think the discussion about fruit is as following.. many are full of sugar and we do not need it.maybe 3 fruits in small portions might be ok but fruit and starches is a no no, the same is starches and meat.. basically a no no..veggies and protein is limitless.. veggies Juiced is good, fruit should be eaten whole always. dairy is sugar conversion and should be seen as such..
