| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - t's a community bank. and unlike all those big banks that were mentioned, you can sit down and talk to these people. they understand what merchants need to sort of build the community to kind of invigorate what is happening. i think it is a modest request for 200 square feet. the place has been vacant. and i think it should be filled with some people that are ready to be active in the neighborhood.
