| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Well it is really hard to say and it gets a bit complicated but I think the most that one person can get is $1000 plus there is a loophole where if there are too many people who are eligible to receive it then the money can not get disbursed evenly (because there would not be enough to go around) so the money would be given to charity.
