  • I think situps/crunches can certainly add value along with an array of other strength training.Having said that I do not do them for 2 reasons:1 - As has been mentioned you have to perform them perfectly or risk injury & other muscle issues;2 - I am just too time poor and doing planks, especially side planks or std planks with shifting arm & leg positions works a lot more muscle groups in a much sho
