| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - My suspicion was that Bush was hoping for a political benefit, ascertaining that he was unlikely to capture bin Laden and hoping for a quick and easy way to demonstrate tangible progress in the WoT to the American public (which would explain why the Bush administration kept hinting that there was a connection between Saddam and 9/11).
