| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - this is actually a big issue in care facilities for those with some mental impairment. they have "sexual rights" and the care facilities have to tread a fine line as to when it is appropriate and when one or both of the parties are not able to truly give consent.those living in a facility should have the least restrictive environment in all areas, including sexuality.
