| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - m.The reason nobody does this is that it is impractical for websites because you do not know if an IP is a visitor or an attacker.Some sites did already implement by banning IPs of whole countries (generally middle eastern countries, India, China ...etc) to prevent DDoS attack of coming from that direction.
