| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - It seems to me that since 1. priests need to be licensed by the state to perform marriages, and 2. the state is particularly mentioned in the ceremony??? therefore the ???state??? owns marriage??? and as such it will do what it pleases with its institution, ultimately opening it up to homosexual marriage.
