JanBC on June 24, 2010 at 11:45 pm I would point out that Bill C-36 (used to be Bill C-6, before Harper padlocked Parliament and killed all the unfinished bills) contains language making Canadians "subject to the dictates of foreign authorities", which remain unnamed but which would be typified by the WTO, the WHO, NAFTA, SPP, GATT, and other trade agreements which are in fact CONTRACTS.
