| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - 10 Before beginning to perform his duties, the Ombudsman shall take an oath before the Speaker of the Assembly or the Clerk of the Assembly that he will faithfully and impartially perform the duties of his office and that he will not, except as herein provided, divulge any information received by him under this Act.
