| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Reviewed from notes made 9-2-11.Beer poured a light copper with a thin white head that dissapated quickly.Nose was an inv=itial blast of bavarian wheat, non-descript as the beer warmed.Taste was well balanced as the wheat based beer finished with a nice balancing metallic hop.Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied, lightly carbonated but very refreshing nonetheless.Overall a nice little session beer
