| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Chris,The 32nd patch is a weird one, I have been looking into it.Sometimes you see just the Red Arrow and sometimes you see the OD background.The shoulder patch for the modern 32nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team of the Wisconsin guard has a background....however...on their website you can also see that they sometimes use just the Red Arrow for signs and decorations.
