| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Print media circulation is continuing to decline as people move to other sources of information including blogs and TV advertising is reaching fewer and fewer eyes as viewers figure out how to bypass them using Tivo and other contraptions, but large companies have not figured it out and do not know where to put their enormous advertising budgets.This is what I had thought the PJM would do.
