| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - 177(1) Nothing in this Act takes away or affects the jurisdiction of the court over and in respect of a mortgage, the whole or part of the indebtedness under which is also secured upon personal property; but the court may entertain an action for the enforcement of any or all rights and remedies thereunder, including sale or foreclosure or for the redemption thereof.
