| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (c) Sub-section (l) of section 32A provides that if it is noticed by the Commissioner that the auditor has made recommendations that the dealer is required to pay certain sum with interest and the same is accepted by the dealer either???partly or fully then the Commissioner is empowered to directly issue demand notice in respect of amount so accepted by the dealer.
