| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - 213(1) A condominium corporation, the directors, officers, employees and agents of a condominium corporation, a declarant, an owner-developer, a unit owner, a commercial lessee, any person occupying a unit, other than a tenant, and a holder of a registered instrument who is in possession of a unit must comply with this Act and a condominium corporation's declaration, by-laws and rules.
