| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The problems with those plans??? if there is a problem with them; I think they???re good plans??? but they???re predicated on the assumption that both parties want to move forward, that both parties are trying to find a way to move forward, and therefore the very implementation of the plan is dependent on that assumption.
