| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I agree with oldgi that mint is a good option, however since you want a more windows like desktop environment I recommend that you look into the Mint KDE release http://www.linuxmint.com/download.php , KDE is more like windows but with better integration and better graphical elements (http://kde.org/screenshots/).
