| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I think what is actually happening here, and has been for a long time, is that Genii and GL are keeping their cards very, very close to their chests which has forced journalists (and Saward, who does not deserve that title) to infer 'stories' from what little they do know and then imply them to be based on some sort of fact.
