| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Rather than inviting a man like Museveni and Kagame, it would have been much better for the U.S. to have held a high level summit that included leaders of countries in Africa which are either democratically governed or democratizing such as South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Ghana, Senegal, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and others, to reward their achievements.
