  • I would rest Tuesday then hit chest on Wednesday , Thursday do back and biceps, rest Friday, shoulders and triceps on sat.you dont have to do that schedule but at least hit legs hard and rest the next day, you are quads are the biggest muscles in your body so your body needs rest after that workout.hope this will help you.
