| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (3) Without prejudice to other provisions of this Act, and notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time force, the State Government may give any local authority such directions as in its opinion are necessary for enabling the Board to carry out the purposes of this Act; and thereupon it shall be the duty of the local authority to comply with such directions.
