| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Hi , there are times I have grown cheese and it is super sticky and full of crystals and other times not so much , I always thought it was down to humidity I'n the latter stages , ie the lower it was the more it would frost up , but as I have learned that ain't the case , any one know the answer to this or things that work best for you all thoughts would be interesting cheers
