| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (6) On July 1, 2002, all records, real and personal property and unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations or other funds of the agencies, divisions, offices and programs transferred by this act shall be transferred to the Mississippi Department of Children's Affairs.
