| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The reason for using nitrous oxide as the propellant gas is that it does not effect the flavour of the ingredients in any way - this is different to other gases such as Carbon Dioxide which will acidify the recipe and change its flavour - just think of the difference in taste between regular tap water and soda water - it is quite extreme is it not?
