| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) A licence conferred by subsection (1) shall be subject to the condition that any copy resulting from the exercise of that licence shall not be used for any purpose other than the broadcast or cable programme and shall be destroyed within 3 months of first being used for broadcasting or included in a cable programme service.
