| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I guess I have never thought I was needing the pastor/priest to say these words in order for it to ???take effect??? but thought that was occuring in my confession to God and that the words of absolution were a human voice affirming/proclaiming what Christ has already given to us.
