(Just my luck that the first person to find it decided finders keepers" :sulk: ) The sign was mainly in hopes that perhaps if the person was confronted with the owner, they might possibly consider giving it back (yeah, I know, fat chance. but I had to try something ) or perhaps someone that knew some info would notice.
