| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - 24 Notwithstanding anything in this Act, where any person, whether the person is or was a councillor or not, has realized pecuniary gain in any transaction to which a violation of this Act relates, any person affected by the pecuniary gain, including any municipality, may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an order of restitution against the person who has realized the pecuniary gain.
