| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Also when the pump arm screws into the back block should it be tight like so it keeps the back block from moving around the threads, for example if the bolts not in and the cokcing rod is out the back block easily rotates around the pump arms threads without me doing anything. atm the back block rubs agains the cocking rod abit should that not be?
