| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - If I had to advise a person just getting out of high school, or almost ready to graduate high school, I???d advise them to try to get some sort of scholarship and while they are in school get a job and start paying back???.or even put money aside so when they finish they would already be ahead of the game (you usually get a 1 year grace period before you have to start paying back).
