| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - mystic_eye_cdaFebruary 19, 2010 2:00 PMMaybe its just in Canada (or Ontario) but I am reasonably sure all forward facing car seats require a top tether whether you use the LATCH or not.Also most car seat manuals state that a rolled blanket or towel should be used between the child restraint and the car seat to get the proper angle of incline.
