| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (h) When a person has sustained a bite wound by a dog, cat, or other animal, the person or parent, guardian or person standing in loco parentis of the person bitten, and the person owning the animal or in control or possession of the animal shall notify the Animal Control Bureau immediately and give the name and address of the person bitten and the name and address of the owner of the animal.
