| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Elective members of any local board established under the Public Health Act, 1848, before the passing of the Local Government Act, 1858, shall be elected by such owners of property and ratepayers and in such manner as in this schedule mentioned ; and the provisions of this schedule (with the exception of the provisions relating to the number and qualification of members) shall apply accordingly.
