| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The story with ethnic cleansing such as in Bosnia and Kosovo in the 90???s is somewhere in-between since until Yugoslavia fell apart into six countries, these would have been ethnic/religious issues; once they declared statehood, the international community should have had the right to protect the weaker party.
