| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - My P89 pistol came with 2 factory 15s which I purchased new in '98 in California - it was a good buy, mainly because the pistol and mags were produced before the ban - effectively being grandfathered in and legal to purchase and posses. not sure if Cali closed the loophole but basically the way it was when I lived there (I left in 04) if you buy a NEW mini it will come with a 5 or 10 round magazine
