| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - My week has basically been a bust..since my baby girl has gotten the flu..I really have not had time to workout or eat correctly..I do not think I have gain, but again I might have..I do know that I will not beat myself up behind it..my kids come first, all other will fall in place later..I do know that each day is a new day to look forward to getting a workout in soon..so next week I will get back
