| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - All bonds issued under the authority of this Act shall be dated, shall bear interest at such rate or rates, not exceeding five (5) percentum per annum, payable semi-annually, shall mature at such time or times and may be made redeemable before maturity at such times and at such price or prices and under such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the Division prior to the issuance of the Bonds.
