| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (a) It shall be unlawful for a person eighteen years of age to older to: (1) Knowingly or recklessly sell or give to or otherwise make beer, liquor, wine or other alcoholic beverages available to a person under the age of eighteen years; or (2) Knowingly or recklessly, by act or omission, encourage, cause or contribute to the delinquency or unlawful conduct of a minor under eighteen years of age.
