| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I agree scalability is an absolutely foremost concern for the designers, and the whole issue of practicality of qm computing hinges on scalability. is there such as thing as an ???impractical??? computer? well yeah, when computers were 1st invented, they were unweildy and largely unpractical, but they were still called COMPUTERS. qm computing will follow exactly the same format! no surprise there.
