| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - If the S.E.C. settles these cases with these civil compromises that just result in fines and warnings etc. how come other agencies like the I.R.S. don???t go after them for tax evasion and law enforcement agencies go after them for conspiracy to defraud or other like charges?
