| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - good question. in this case, the balloon did come up to profile. so the annulus was at least torn to that size. but how big to go is a problem and what is a good balloon result another. one lesson i have learned is that its very hard to undo something you done and but easy to come back and do more. so, i think its very resonable to dilate to what is felt to be a safe size and come back and do more
