| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (b) In any case in which an issued SPDES permit contains provisions applicable pursuant to subdivision (a) of this section, such permit shall state that on the basis of a submitted application, plans, or other available information, a determination has been made that compliance with the specified permit provisions will reasonably assure compliance with applicable water quality standards.
